Joseph W. Glauber and Daniel A. Sumner
Glauber is a Senior Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute, the former chief economist at USDA, and an adjunct scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. Sumner is the Frank H. Buck distinguished professor in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis. Sumner was the economic expert for Brazil in the WTO cotton case.
